L'arc de triomphe

This structure (is it too large to call a statue?) is one of the most iconic in france. It has an alluring affect on me.
I love the architecture especially but i also love; how roads were built around it like a roundabout, i love how it has 660 names of French soldiers inscribed on it, i love how it was built by napoleon and i love how it takes 284 steps to get to the top.

how to incorporate the Arc into textiles? There must be a way, it just hasn't developed in my mind yet.


I cannot wait to visit Paris, i solemnly hope for a glimpse at least of the Arc.
